What is Human Design? Human Design is like a cosmic roadmap to your unique self! It blends ancient wisdom (like astrology, the I Ching, Kabbalah, and chakras) with modern science (genetics and quantum physics) to create a personalized “blueprint” of who you are and how you’re wired to navigate life.
Imagine you have a secret instruction manual just for you! Human Design tells you how to make decisions, what makes you tick, and how you can align with your true purpose – all based on your exact time, date, and place of birth.
How to learn about your own Human Design? Anybody can gain access to their chart for free online. I recommend going to www.myhumandesign.com but there are lots of options available with a quick Google search and they all provide the same basic information. From here, you can begin the journey of trying to decipher what your design means through the many internet portals. This was where I got stuck. I found it so overwhelming! I had to toggle between a bunch of different resources and couldn’t find all I needed in one place. I just wanted to learn what was important for me to know about my chart and how to embody it in my life to gain clarity, direction, and a feeling that I was truly living as my authentic self. What it looks like to learn about your Human Design with me?
I offer a Foundational Reading for anyone new to Human Design and a Deep Dive Reading if you want more (and I think you might, it’s hard to stop the learning once you open that portal to yourself). Both are 75-minute zoom sessions, and you will receive a video recording and a customized PDF report of the specific areas we covered. If you’re like me and love to have everything in one easily accessible resource, this report is the bomb.
Foundational Reading
This reading introduces you to Human Design and covers energy centres as well as your unique type, strategy, authority, not-self theme, signature theme, and profile.
Translation: How your energy is showing up in the world, how you are designed to make decisions and move forward, how you feel when you are in your true self and when you’re not, and your unique personality characteristics as you see them and as the outside world sees them.

Once you have the foundational information from your first reading, we can now dive into your unique gates and channels, your incarnation cross, and definition.
Translation: This is all about your unique gifts and talents and how they can guide you towards the life you were designed to live as well as getting a deep understanding of the shadow side of these gifts and how to recognize them. If you have always wondered “what is my Purpose?”, you will love this reading.

Sharing the Gift of Human Design

On a personal note,
This past year and a half studying and qualifying for Human Design has been one of the most transformative experiences of my decades long personal growth journey. Up until this point I had blazed through every personality profile system I could get my hands on (True Colours, Myers Briggs, Enneagram, Strengths Finder, etc etc). I don’t think I could even articulate what it was I was looking for, until I was introduced to the Human Design System. Now at the risk of receiving a few eye rolls over the next (often over used so it gets watered down) statement I’m gonna say it anyways because it’s true, I feel more seen than I ever have. It’s like I’ve been given the green light to finally be, do, and act as the human I have always felt and believed I was. I am a 5/1 emotional generator and according to my design I am here to “lead, teach, and inspire people by helping them break free from limiting patterns and habits that block self-love and compassion”. I couldn’t have said it better myself.
